European Symposium on Watercolors in Segovia

On the 10th and until the 13th of June 2009, I attended the European Watercolor Symposium in Segovia, organized by the Spanish Watercolor Association AEDA and the Segovian Association. At the same time an international exhibition was held in the Alhondiga building. I wish you were there to see them.

On Wednesday we collected the credentials in which the Expo catalog was included.

Thursday was a pictorial day in Segovia: a group of us chose the riverbank near the Alcazar, and it was great to feel the breeze on a hot day.

On Friday pictorial excursion to Pedraza, on Saturday we painted for a mural composition that would be donated to the city and in the evening: great farewell dinner at Palacio La Floresta, preceded by Segovian songs and dances.

It has been very useful to see so many watercolorists and renowned masters like Julio Visconti paint. I promise more watercolor photos.
